today is the anniversary of the boston molassacre great molasses flood which is probably my favorite tragedy, if one can have a favorite tragedy. it's so weird. also destructive but mostly weird. a storage tank of molasses burst in boston's north end, drowning people and horses and bending the girders of the elevated railway. the company that ( Read more... )
